Keep it human

Be supportive, honest, and respectful. Disagreement is allowed; harassment, humiliation, dogpiling, threats, hate, stalking, and unwanted sexual content are not.

Protect privacy

Do not post another person’s private information, precise location, health information, routes, contact details, or images without permission. Never pressure anyone to disclose health data or prove an activity.

Keep people safe

Do not promote dangerous challenges, self-harm, eating disorders, illegal activity, fraud, scams, or instructions that create a credible risk of injury. StepHub is not an emergency or medical service.

No exploitation or spam

Do not impersonate others, manipulate engagement, send repeated promotions, harvest contact information, distribute malware, or exploit invitations. Sexual content involving minors and child exploitation are prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Enforcement

Members can report, block, and delete their own content. Space owners can remove participants or revoke a share. Depending on context and severity, StepHub may hide or remove content, restrict Community access, preserve minimal evidence, or escalate legally required concerns.

To report a concern, use the in-app report control or email support@stephub.us. Appeals may be sent to the same address with the subject “Community appeal.”
